Purchases

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on physical goods. Once an order ships, ether is not responsible for delays or issues that occur in transit. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card information.

Community Submissions

By uploading to the You Were Here Wall, you confirm that you own the rights to the image you are submitting and grant ether a non-exclusive license to display it publicly on the site, our feed, and our Pinterest. Don't post content you don't own or have rights to. ether reserves the right to remove any submission at any time.

Intellectual Property

All original ether content — including Blu and all associated artwork — is owned by ether. Do not reproduce or use without permission.
